Recently, Singapore’s iBosses Institute signed a strategic agreement with Shanghai’s 86Links by using the latter’s proprietary communication platform (Ji Shang Tong, or “Tong”) and embarked on discussions for closer collaboration. The signing marked the first time iBosses had tried Tong’s Cloud Signature function and the start of a strong alliance between both parties.

The most remarkable part of this contract signing process was the use of Tong’s online contract signing feature. Using Tong, both parties were able to discuss the agreement in detail, make amendments, reach a consensus and sign the agreement remotely. Tong vastly reduced the lengthy back-and-forth between documents, allowing the communication between businesses to enter the Digital+ age.
