宗银立（宗国锋）， 1970年6月出生在河南省内黄县人，中共党员，大专文化，国家级美术师、国家一级美术师、国家高级书法师、全国书画艺术委员会名誉主席、2021年建党100周年特别推荐中国最具收藏价值艺术家。鉴于本人获得的荣誉，为弘扬中华优秀传统文化作出的贡献和在文化领域取得的成就。2020年8月，将自己的优秀书画作品入编《党旗下的艺术家》。1988年，通过书画专业知识的集中学习和培训，书法和国画能力有较大提升。1993年在河南省服装研究所学习设计期间，参加了省内各种书画比赛活动及书画展览活动，其作品获得了二.三等奖，得到了县市书画专业同行及专家的好评。同时网络媒体进行了专题宣传报道。2020年11月，百度又将自己的艺术简历及艺术成就，录入百度百科，永久保存和备案。2020年11月书法作品《解放军占领南京》被中国国家博物馆收藏。2021年作品《金丝富葫图》在日本东京京都美术馆展览并被授予中日友好荣誉证书。2021年获建党100周年推荐“人民艺术家”荣誉称号。
