杨新平,汉族,河南省许昌市人,大专文化,1949年出生,1969年参军,1970年加入中国共产党。现为:中国当代著名毛体书法家、国礼艺术家、中国国宾礼艺术家,中原毛体书法院主席、中国楹联学会书法艺术研究会书画专家、国家高级书法师、中国互联网联盟全国外联部主任。其书法作品被中华人民共和国国宾礼美术鉴定委员会润格为20万/平方尺。
