State Grid Jiangsu Electric Power Co., Ltd. Promotes Inter-Provincial Mutual Aid in Power Distribution Networks in the Yangtze River Delta Region
5月22日,由国网江苏电力牵头研发的跨省配电网柔性互联装置在长三角生态绿色一体化发展示范区成功应用,标志着示范区内上海、江苏、浙江相关地区首次实现电网跨省“无时差”互济,将有效助力长三角区域一体化高质量发展。
On May 22, the inter-provincial power distribution network flexibility interconnection device, developed under the leadership of State Grid Jiangsu Electric Power Co., Ltd., was successfully implemented in the demonstration zone of green and integrated ecological development of the Yangtze River Delta. This marks the first instance of "time-difference-free" inter-provincial electrical mutual aid within the demonstration zone, encompassing Shanghai, Jiangsu, and Zhejiang related areas. It will significantly aid the integrated high-quality development of the Yangtze River Delta region.
此前配电网一般由属地管理,一旦发生电力故障或供电不足情况,即使相邻省份电力充裕,也难以互济输送。近年来,由上海青浦区、江苏苏州吴江区、浙江嘉善县共建的长三角生态绿色一体化发展示范区积极探索建设跨省配电网互联互通工程。
Previously, power distribution networks were generally managed by local authorities. In cases of power failures or supply shortages, even if neighboring provinces had sufficient electricity, mutual aid transmission was challenging. In recent years, the demonstration zone of green and integrated ecological development of the Yangtze River Delta, jointly established by Shanghai's Qingpu District, Suzhou's Wujiang District in Jiangsu, and Jiashan County in Zhejiang, has actively explored the construction of inter-provincial power distribution network interconnectivity projects.
“由于不同地区电压频率有差异,跨省送电往往需要一方线路停电才行,尤其在迎峰度夏期间,对周边居民、企业造成的停电影响会更大。”国网苏州吴江区供电公司电力调度控制分中心负责人沈志龙说。
"Due to differences in voltage and frequency between regions, inter-provincial power transmission often requires shutting down one party’s line, especially during peak summer periods, which has a significant impact on local residents and businesses," said Shen Zhilong, head of the Power Dispatch Control Sub-center, Suzhou Wujiang Power Supply Branch, State Grid Jiangsu Electric Power Co., Ltd.
沈志龙说,该柔性互联装置具有平衡负荷、故障自愈等功能,能实现毫秒级的跨省互济。“相当于通过一个‘安全阀’将跨省的配电网连接起来,一旦一侧负荷紧缺或故障停电,另一侧可以‘无时差’供给。”
Shen Zhilong explained that this flexible interconnection device has functions such as load balancing and fault self-healing, enabling millisecond-level inter-provincial mutual aid. "It's akin to connecting the inter-provincial power distribution networks through a 'safety valve'; should one side experience a load shortage or a power outage, the other side can supply electricity 'without any time difference.'"
苏州市吴江区长三角地区合作与发展办公室副主任吴诚表示,电力互济保供对于长三角地区经济发展、居民生活保障具有重要意义。未来,长三角地区还将持续合作增强跨省电力互济能力,以供电可靠助力提升长三角区域一体化高质量发展。(完)
